It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of our beloved Francis in Ottawa on September 3, 2014. Best friend and partner of Deborah, loving father to Andrew and much loved son of Francis Sr. Predeceased by his mother Maureen and his sisters Teresa, Margaret, and Pauline. Sadly mourned by his brothers Colum (Frances), Anthony (Laurie), Edward (Patsie), Peter (Nancy) and his sisters Anne (John), Mary (Robert), and Patricia (Daniel). Remembered fondly by his many uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces around the world. A Private Funeral will take place at a later date.
